What We Do For You

Our 14-Step Concierge Process

Our concierge service typically performs the following to the mutual benefit of all concerned:

1

Document Review

Reviews client's documents to ensure they meet Immigration's approval requirements prior to submitting them to Immigration.

2

Power of Attorney

Arranges a meeting with the company lawyer to have the client sign the limited power of attorney, which permits the concierge to act on the client's behalf throughout the Immigration application process.

3

Applicant Photos

Arranges for the required photos of applicants.

4

Government Fee Payment

5

7

Submission to Immigration

Upon receipt of all the required documents, contacts Immigration to advise them that there is a prepared application and, upon approval, submits the completed file to Immigration.

8

Expedience Number

Upon Immigration accepting the file, the concierge provides the client with approval plus their "expedience" number, which allows them to remain in Costa Rica legally until they have their immigration completed.

9

Follow-Up Process

Upon submitting the client's application to Immigration, the follow-up procedure begins. After 90 days, the concierge starts bimonthly follow-ups regarding the state of the application.
